Hong Kong’s favourable business environment continues to attract a wide range of Mainland and overseas enterprises to establish and expand their presence in the city. Whether newly founded or already in a stable stage of operation, businesses rely on strong partnerships to support their development — and banking services are an indispensable part of this ecosystem, directly influencing core functions such as cash flow management and trade activities. To help member companies address practical challenges encountered when using banking services, we invited Mr. Tong Wong Tung‑sang, Senior Partnership Manager of Dah Sing Bank, to deliver an information‑packed seminar on business bank account operations on 16 April 2026. During the session, Tony provided a detailed breakdown of common difficulties faced by enterprises and offered professional, actionable recommendations to navigate these issues effectively.

The seminar featured a highly engaging atmosphere, with participating members actively raising questions and seeking clarification on practical issues they had encountered in areas such as bank account usage and trading document preparation. The lively exchange created a dynamic and interactive learning environment. After the session, many members discussed with the representatives from Dah Sing Bank to further enquire about details related to account opening and loan services, gaining valuable insights.

To conclude the event, Ms Sally Fong, the Chamber’s Executive Director, presented the Certificate of Appreciation to Tony, thanking him for delivering a rich and practical sharing that addressed members’ real‑world challenges. His insights provided strong support for enterprises in standardising their use of banking services and facilitating smooth business operations. The successful completion of the seminar further strengthened communication and collaboration among the Chamber, member companies, and the banking sector, injecting new momentum into the high‑quality development of enterprises.
