HKICEC places great emphasis on international exchange. During the International Forum and Inauguration Ceremony held on November 13, 2025, we specially arranged for several overseas industry leaders to visit the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park (HKSTP) and Shenzhen. The initiative aimed to foster interaction between overseas representatives and the Hong Kong–Shenzhen industrial and technology sectors, jointly building a collaborative platform to promote cross-border cooperation and development.

Distinguished overseas guests included Mr. David Barnett, Director of Liquidation & Procurement Innovation of Asurion, and Mr. Paramjot Singh, Chairman & Group CEO of Sunstrike International, among others. The first day’s itinerary featured a tour of the HKSTP Experience Centre and exchanges with member companies. Following the successful conclusion of the inauguration ceremony, part of the Chamber’s management team accompanied the guests to Shenzhen the next day, where they visited Goods Hunter (Caihuoxia) and Tongtiandi Telecommunication Market in Huaqiangbei to gain deeper insights into the history and operations of Mainland China’s communication and electronics industry, engaging in pragmatic exchanges and discussions on future challenges and opportunities.
